the hong kong dolls make me think .. "Bungeee!". the australian dolls claimed that a chyild could be traumatised by the arrival of a new sibling , but seeing how baby arrives would make it less traumatic ??
When even the nudist family laughs , you know you have gone too far.
some of the simpler style dolls look more like those made by sex abuse counsellors and investigators.
i just waited until Bella was old enough and let her watch puppies and kittens being born. That can be traumatic enough to stop the questions for a while  though she did ask about coming in with me for this birth.
