What would you do?

I have a container of fish sauce (for cooking) that has expired.  There's a lot left in it.  Would you toss it whole (the container is plastic), dump it down the sink and hope it doesn't make your whole house smell like dirty vagina or dump it out in a gutter or the yard far away from the house?

toss the container. I'm really good about recycling, but I would think that the smell would linger.
