I voted zero.  For me, it's a matter of character that a person can keep their composure in a professional environment regardless of how negative their customers are. 

He was treated poorly (maybe), but he could have just left the passenger compartment and taken some time to get his shit straight.  Chaos (or not) be damned, it's better than what he chose.
