thankfully i am able to tell in just enough time that i'm going to throw up i'm able to put my hair in a pony tail, put on a head band, get on the toliet, get my garbage can and then barf away.

mc had it friday night but i don't think his was that bad b/c he is currently on antibiotics for his sinus infection so maybe that helped fight it? he threw up twice and had the runs once.
